These terms govern your use of timetostage.ca. Time to Stage is a home staging business in Ottawa, Ontario, owned and operated by Selena Lake. In these terms, “I” and “my” refer to Time to Stage, and “you” refers to anyone using the website. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. 

The services described on this website are an overview. Every project is different, so the scope, timeline and price of any work are confirmed in a written quote and a signed services agreement. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement applies. Prices shown on the website, including starting prices, are in Canadian dollars, do not include HST, and may change without notice. Submitting the contact form or booking a discovery call does not create a contract or reserve a date. 

All content on this website, including text, photographs, before-and-after images, graphics and the Time to Stage name and logo, belongs to Time to Stage or is used with permission. It is protected by Canadian copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use, with credit to Time to Stage. You may not copy, reproduce, edit or use any content or photos for commercial purposes without my written  permission. 

The information on this website, including blog posts, staging tips and colour advice, is general in nature. It is not professional real estate, legal, financial or construction advice for your specific situation. Statistics and research shared on the site come from industry sources and reflect reported or average 

outcomes. Testimonials reflect individual clients’ experiences. Results vary by property, market and timing, and staging cannot guarantee a specific sale price, sale date or number of offers. 

This website and my client communications may include links to other websites, retailers and suppliers, such as recommended furniture, lighting, rugs or paint. I provide these links for convenience. I do not control those websites and am not responsible for their content, products, pricing, availability, delivery or privacy practices. Purchases you make from other retailers are between you and that retailer. Please check measurements, 

I work to keep this website accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is.” I do not guarantee that the site will always be available, error-free or free of viruses. To the extent permitted by law, Time to Stage is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website, your reliance on its content, or your use of any linked website. Liability for staging services
